The 3rd meeting of members assembly of Wikimedia Hong Kong has been assembled on 28/3/2010. On the meeting, the President of Wikimedia Hong Kong, Jeromy-Yu Chan, read the State of the chapter address 2009-2010, which covers all the areas of what the Chapter did in last half year.

Mr. Chan said the development of Wikimedia Hong Kong has been on progress, it is time for them to normalize the infrastructure, for instance, setting up a council. Several resolutions also held in the meeting, including the abolition of Temporary Provisions for suspending the establishment of the Council and the adoption of Bylaw for the Council.

香港維基媒體協會的第三次會員大會己於3月28日於香港中文大學舉行，在會上，會長陳予向各位會員發表了 2009 至 2010 年度的會情咨文，會上討論了多項議題，包括代表會附例和財務報告，最後全體會員對待決議案進行表決。

2009 至 2010 年度的會情咨文當中函蓋了協會在上年度在多方面的工作報告，當中陳會長表示，現時由於協會正在踏上軌道，可以開始進行建制正常化的工作，例如設立代表會。在會中亦有進行多項議決，包括廢除《暫緩組成代表會臨時條款》及通過《香港維基媒體協會代表會附例》。
